My Jammu App now available on Apple app store;citizens encouraged to embrace digital services

Jammu: In a significant boost to digital governance and citizen-centric service delivery, the MyJammu App, developed under the Jammu Smart City initiative, is now officially available for download on the Apple App Store, extending access to Apple costumers after already being available on the Google Play Store for Android users.
The expansion marks an important milestone in strengthening smart governance initiatives and widening digital accessibility in Jammu.
With the launch on iOS, the app now enables a larger section of citizens to seamlessly access municipal and public services through a single integrated platform.
The MyJammu App has been designed as an online gateway to city services and offers residents a convenient way to connect with public institutions and civic facilities.
Users can access several services including Public Grievance Redressal, DDN-related grievance services, Birth Certificate services, No Objection Certificate facilities, online challan payments, booking-related services and Near-Me services for locating essential public infrastructure.
Speaking on the development, Jammu Municipal Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Smart City, Dr Devansh Yadav, said the app’s availability on the Apple App Store marks another important step towards making governance more inclusive and citizen-friendly.
“MyJammu App has already been serving Android users and with its launch on the Apple App Store, we are expanding digital access to ensure more citizens can benefit from smart and seamless public services. We encourage people to download the app and experience a faster, more transparent and digitally empowered way of accessing civic services,” Dr Yadav said.
Officials said the initiative aligns with the broader vision of building a connected, technology-enabled and responsive urban ecosystem while reducing paperwork, improving service delivery and encouraging wider public participation in digital governance.
Citizens can now download the MyJammu App from the Apple App Store, while Android users can continue accessing the application through the Google Play Store.
