Army Launches 21-Day Recruitment Training for Youth in Reasi Forty-eight aspirants to receive physical, written and personality-development coaching under Operation Sadbhavana

REASI: The Indian Army has launched a 21-day recruitment training programme for Agniveer and Territorial Army aspirants at Sarh in Reasi district under Operation Sadbhavana.

The programme, which began on August 3, is aimed at empowering young people and improving employment opportunities in remote areas.

A total of 48 youths from Sarh and adjoining villages are participating in the three-week training programme designed to prepare them for recruitment into the Indian Army as Agniveers or Territorial Army personnel.

The participants will receive structured training in physical fitness, endurance, running techniques, written examination preparation, recruitment procedures and documentation requirements.

Sessions on personality development, leadership, discipline and motivational guidance will also be conducted during the programme.

Experienced instructors will mentor the aspirants and help them improve their confidence, physical standards and overall preparedness for the recruitment process.

The programme will conclude with an assessment and an interactive session to evaluate the progress of the participants and address their recruitment-related queries.

The Army said the initiative reflected its continued commitment to youth empowerment, employment generation and nation-building in remote areas.
