Ashwani Kumar, resident of Deoli, Bishnah, was seriously injured after his throat was cut by Chinese kite string (gattu dor).Ashwani was returning from office on Friday evening on the bike when then string became entangled around his neck. He received three stiches at the hospital. The locals have demanded strict enforcement of ban on Gattu dor.
